Template:Dutch to english number format

This is the "Dutch to english number format" template. It should be called in the following format:

{{Dutch to english number format
|1=
}}

This template is useful when the wikibase is English but the output of numbers on the screen must be in Dutch format. 

If the wikibase is in Dutch the template should return {{#replace:{{#replace:{{{1|}}}|.|}}|,|.}}
